Root canal treatment includes nerve extraction or nerve killing, granuloma, removal of a broken instrument, which is done by proper cleaning, disinfection and filling of dental canals. Very often its proper implementation (including the placement of a rubber dam, and precise and controlled work in our clinic with a single motor and WOG files) can lead to “saving” the tooth. Each tooth is worth the struggle and treatment to preserve. The result of treatment is confirmed by an X-ray, which needs to be done.
